I have quite a bit on my mind today some of it is causing me a bit of stress. Add to that I am trying to learn this network stuff which is incredibly complicated and theoretical to me and I can't get my head around it. And until I do I can't get to the bit of the course that really matters and that is frustrating me. And I've been up since five o'clock. Anyway, all morning Bob has been in and out of my office going on about Easter and his fucking weekend in fucking Cheltenham and whether to go to the fucking theatre and what to see if he does and what seats are available and I am ready to go nuts as it keeps interrupting me when I am trying to learn about subnet masks. Then the Legend e-mails about a rack and bob goes to sort it out saying he'll call him. Then I get back to my subnet masks and then he comes in AGAIN and says you may as well e-mail dieter and starts telling me what to put in the e-mail whilst I'm STILL WRITING MY NOTES - a woman would shut up and let me finish but not a fucking bloke oh no, on and on he went until I lost my temper after trying to finish the last sentence of my current paragraph about 10 times and I threw my pen against the wall in here and screamed. I then had to apologise and lie about what had pissed me off. And I reckon my period is going to start today and that means it's five days early for fraks sake! I am in a right mood today! Any cheering up greatly received and hope colposcopy went well. xx

It was the PB this season in the US on Monday and the message board is in meltdown, I can't drag myself off it now I have started looking at it over lunchtime - my poor muffin! he's in trouble now! there's that many rumours circulating it's making Magneto's head spin off its axis. I suppose I have clamed down a little, but only a little. Good news from the colposcopy, was it PRH you went to? When I had mine there I had to wait ages, about 3 hours as I recall. xx

All very efficient down at the PRH. I remember it took ages when I accompanied Deb, but I was only in there 45 minutes, which was a shame as I was just getting stuck into Glamour magazine! I have the office to myself now, albeit briefly so have ground to a complete halt work wise. Roll on the weekend, it would appear D is taking E camping over the weekend, fingers crossed. I am stuck for a babysitter tomorrow and Tuesday next week though as my mum and dad are off to Newquay for the weekend. My sister and Mark are away in Dublin with the boys and my mum asked me if I could pop down Friday and Saturday to feed her cats and let the rabbit out! F'ing cheek! Like I would ever ask my sister to schlepp all the way to the Bridge to feed my cat! And as for getting the rabbit out, fuggedaboutit! xx

I have just got back from the hospital and the brain scan I had showed that I didn't have some sort of weird PB/Windy area growing exponentially in my brain but I did have sinusitis when I had the scan (which was when I had the flu). "Hmm" thinks I, on the drive back to work, "sinusitis, sinusitis, where have I heard that before? Oh yes, it's what Scofield pretends he suffers from, to get out of being transferred out of Fox River, 'the moist air helps keep me you know, [takes big sniff ]clear', that's where I've heard it before. Oh no, I'm into stage four now..." So I have passed into stage four addiction. So Dan had better get those red boxers on and a grey t-shirt and we may as well start the sexual fantasies off! xx

I did enjoy the apprentice last night, and even better K turned up a bit early so whilst I lay on the sofa and drank wine with Mr Sugar he cooked tea! Fab! And then he watched it without talking, and even admitted at the end that despite his better instincts he had quite enjoyed it which led to a lively discussion about what business we would start if we only had 200 (which was last nights challenge- and both teams were shockingly bad) All in all a top night. You BMB for any reason in particular or just general BMB time of the monthness? xx

No proper reason for the Mood, just a general time of the month feeling of being ugly and old etc. etc. You know the sort, when no matter what you put on you feel dreadful in it. That kind of thing. Mind you, however bad I'm feeling at least I am not getting the kind of bashing some woman is getting for being out and about with Windy last week - I tell you, I hope she's got a thick skin, she's all over the net getting a right old pasting for being 'ugly' amongst other things. Clearly I can only feel sorry for her up to a point but it's him I feel the most sorry for, he's clearly realised he can never have me! To be fair, in the photo I saw they weren't smiling but Windy was carrying a bottle of wine - get the cork out of that bottle muffin, I'll be on the next flight! So when are we going out next? I am embroiled in discussion on the PB message boards! I have put forth my idea of a celebrity opinion exchange Web site where people can pass judgement on the appearance of the significant others of celebs as long as they post a photo of their own significant other for the celeb in question to get their own back! It'd be brilliant - I can almost taste the money it would make! Plus I am defending Windy's acting skills, modelling skills and general personality - someone's got it in for him, a spurned b/friend posing as a woman I reckon! Shrewsbury or Bridgnorth would indeed be nice, and a mini adventure for Churchill and Magneto! xx

Not so bad, mind you I have the place to myself at the moment, even the boss has gone AWOL. Had our team meeting this morning and I voiced the concerns of everyone that we had not been properly inducted and introduced to all the various systems etc that we need to operate, for example we had not petty cash but I bought some money in from selling these awards do so we used that for stamps as we had no way of sending mail, and 2 weeks in it is still not sorted, plus our post from the old office has not been redirected so now I shall be going to collect that every morning, stuff like that, most irritating and petty, and no one at the helm to take control. Drive to work is now a nightmare, took me 30 minutes this morning so I am glad to go and collect the post and have an excuse to be late. I meant to text before and wish Dan happy 31st. He should be over the worst of it by now, though perhaps when he reflects on his life's achievements he realises how little he would have accomplished without you (house, car, holidays etc) plus of course he is back working where he was when he met you all those years ago. Sometimes it's hard to be a man. By the way how is Karen's baby? What news? xx

PB did overlap with the last few visits to the physio but I was probably over the physio by then and devoting my time to Windy - definitely on stage 2 if not three by then! I can get you any image from any episode of both seasons at the mere click of a mouse! The only thing I have ever looked up about muffin is how tall is he, (to settle a bet between me and dan), and how old was he, because i would have drawn the line at a man in his twenties but i was so happy to find out that he was older than my b/f!. As far as I know he has a soft spot for 'hello' by Lionel Ritchie, and maybe into the likes of David Gray. And his co-star in PB got him into Journey which I have caught a bit of and I tell thee, if he were ever in my car he'd have to do something pretty wonderful for me to consent to put that in me cd changer! I have also heard that he has spoken of how his dad wouldn't let his kids listen to anything other than classical music when they were growing up so that may be the problem there! x

So when would you want me then? After you've come around from the back of the sofa? Is he still over acting that David Tennent? I shall look forward to it immensely, as always. x

I am feeling a bit rough this morning for some reason. I hope I am not going dwon with something as I have a mad week this week to cope with and commitments that I cannot break. Blimey, talk about timing. Very much enjoyed Saturday and have pencilled Barmouth in for the 5th May assuming there will be no one else using the place. I alos realsied have planned E's party for the day before the Manchesterford 10k so that should keep me out of trouble xx

I am feeling a bit dodgy but as it's Monday I am fighting the feeling quite well. I shall ask Mom about Wakles this afternoon, everyone is asking me if I watched the FLM, did I f**k, I reply, I had a much nicer morning in bed with Churchill having a laugh about...tick this box, are you white? black? Hot? and are you male? female? t'other? xx
